Fabhiola's career is firmly rooted in the arts and is characterized by a fast, dynamic rise to the top. Initially studying Acting Theatre in Peru she moved to the UK to continue her drama studies at the University of Greenwich. Her move into dance has been equally dynamic, studying for 8 years, she is a teacher level in Mambo/On2 and Cuban styles of Salsa. Fabhiola is now a fully qualified teacher with an emphasis on Latin Dance, putting the knowledge to good use, training groups in Afro Cuban, Rueda de casino and Mambo/On2 in Oxford as well as coaching ‘Rueda team’ and ‘Mambo team’ for OUDC Oxford University Dancesportclub.

She is the founder of 'Salsa Central Oxford' and ‘Salsafab’ in Oxford. The clubs specialize in Mambo, Ladies Styling, Spin technique, also, teaching Casino, Rueda, Rumba and men's and lady's Afro Cuban styling; sharing the knowledge gained training with Daisy Villalejo, principal dancer at Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Habana in Cuba, she currently trains with Luanda Pau a worldwide renowned Afro Cuban Teacher also a principal dancer at Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Habana in Cuba. Also, Fabhiola was trained by worldwide renowned Mambo Teacher/performer Adolfo Indacochea and Tania Cannarsa students' course performance group for 2 years organized by Mambocity in London.

 

Her love of Casino and Mambo dance has driven her to communicate this passion to a wider audience, inspiring others to share the richness and depth of Cuban culture and Mambo knowledge.
